• My hourly wage rate is your entire effort, no amenities like: for social security, taxes, holiday pays, additional payments, equipment (at least partially) and benefits, for insurance (e.g. liability), etc.
• You pay just as long as work is to be done. For example through a contract for work and services or a fixed - term contract. I can work full-time or part-time for you, compact or interrupted, as you need. I can work partially or entirely at home, my equipment comprises an electronic laboratory (oscilloscope, measurement instruments, test - boards, etc.), a PC (Windows XP Professional) with diverse software, a Notebook (Windows Vista Ultimate, Express and PCMCIA slots, USB, etc.), a.o.
• You do not have to pay any commission, additional charges for body shop companies or comparable. I am responsible for the right completion of the activities up to your satisfaction. If this is not possible for me, even a penalty - payment can be fixed in the contract.
• I am in contact with many body shop companies and comparable agent companies for employees or freelancer. In case of drop out (did never happen, but illnesses etc. can not be excluded) I can take care for replacement in short time and with little effort.

Through the increased flexibility, own responsibility for all social security contributions and other additional effort and costs and through missing charges for body shop or umbrella companies or other agent activities, I offer an important advantage to a placed freelancer or an employee with fixed-term contract and through all above told to an employee, especially in case of increased volume of work for a limited period of time.
